Todd Bartimole has been an attorney since 1993.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bartimole was an Ombudsman who advocated for good and compassionate care in nursing homes and other care settings in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Medina, Lake and Lorain Counties. 

In the mid 1990's, he started and directed a program which assisted nursing home and home health care consumers whose Medicare claims had been wrongfully denied.

Since 1996, Mr. Bartimole has been practicing Elder Law.  In the fall of 2005, Todd started the Elder Law Office of Todd W. Bartimole after a seven year association with an AV rated downtown firm working in the areas of Estate and Medicaid planning, probate litigation, and elder law. Mr. Bartimole has a rare depth of knowledge of our country's long term care system including Medicare, Medicaid, and other public benefits.  This, coupled with his prior advocacy experience and estate planning experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide well rounded services to his clients.
